Pumpkins Plot Surprise U.S. Tour

Smashing Pumpkins will launch a surprise in-store U.S. tour that will begin today in Lawrence, Kan., continue on to Denver on Wednesday, and head through Sandy, Utah; Boise, Idaho; and Portland, Ore., later this week. The announcement was made last night, just prior to the band's performance on late-night talk show "Politically Incorrect."
