Less than a month after being sued by an industry association, music Web site MP3.com Inc said it had countered by filing a law suit against the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) and its president and chief executive, Hilary Rosen. The complaint, filed Monday in San Diego Superior Court in California, accuses the association of engaging in unfair business practices, the company said.
